Where we started
In the aftermath of the terrorists attacks on September 11, 2001 and the economic crash of 2008, Timothy Duffy and Martin Richard collaborated to begin an innovative niche management consulting and leadership training firm. Our objective was focused on teaching the leadership secrets we had learned in the most stressful military and business situations to business leaders today. When Jeff Fiebig joined the firm a few months later, his expertise and experience in management consulting and mentoring enabled us to coalesce our proven business leadership methodology into a fully customized leadership development program, and the TDE Advanced Leadership Program was born.
