Astronaut Brian Duffy Inducted to NASA Hall of Fame

Brian Duffy former NASA Astronaut joins elite group with the right stuff

Cape Canaveral, FL (May 14, 2016) – Former NASA Astronaut and TDE Leadership Business Consultant, Brian Duffy, was inducted to the NASA Astronaut’s Hall of Fame joining such famed explorers as Neil Armstrong, Alan Shepard, and Sally Ride. In his induction speech to NASA team members, friends and family, Duffy said, “Its truly a humbling experience joining my heroes here and is beyond a doubt the greatest recognition of my professional career.”

Duffy began his career in the Air Force as an F15 pilot and then went on to Air Force Test Pilot School where he graduated as the class’s “Distinguished Graduate.” He joined NASA in 1985 and flew 4 Space Shuttle Missions (STS-45, 57, 72, 92). Among his most notable achievements were commanding the mission that completed significant construction on the International Space Station. Inducting Duffy was Retired General, Kevin Chilton, a fellow NASA Astronaut and close friend. Chilton said, “Brian is an ‘out of the limelight’ leader.”

Today, Brian Duffy is a Business Consultant, Management Consultant and Leadership Development expert with TDE Leadership.
